It Starts With a Sack

Your Sack should be any drawstring "Back Sack."  These sacks can be closed tightly and are light enough to be easily transported.

You can purchase these on Amazon very inexpensively.

Suggested Items

Here are some suggested items from recovery specialists:

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, deodorant, sanitary items, body spray, hair ties, self-help or spiritual book, journal, word puzzles, hard candies, note cards, adult coloring book and pencils, lip balm, makeup, small stuffed animal, socks.  All items are not mandatory, choose what would mean the most to you.

*Please use full-sized items.

Tips When Preparing

Be mindful of your donation.  These items will bring a sense of comfort and acceptance to the woman or girl receiving them.  We asked for journals to help organize their thoughts during recovery, and that you write a short inspirational message of encouragement on the first page of their journal.

This message will make a significant impact on their new life.
